.18 Fees.

The following fees are applicable to radiation therapists, radiographers, nuclear medicine technologists, and radiologist assistants:

A. Application Fees:

(1) Initial licensure fee . . . $150; and

(2) Maryland Health Care Commission (MHCC) fee . . . As determined by MHCC under COMAR 10.25.03;

B. Renewal Fees:

(1) Renewal of license fee . . . $135; and

(2) Maryland Health Care Commission (MHCC) fee . . . As determined by MHCC under COMAR 10.25.03;

C. Reinstatement Fees:

(1) Reinstatement of license . . . $150; and

(2) Maryland Health Care Commission (MHCC) fee . . . As determined by MHCC under COMAR 10.25.03;

D. Written verification fee . . . $25;

E. Temporary License Fee:

(1) Temporary license fee . . . $150; and

(2) Maryland Health Care Commission (MHCC) fee . . . As determined by MHCC under COMAR 10.25.03; and

F. Other Fees:

(1) Duplicate license . . . $25;

(2) Duplicate wall certificate . . . $25.
