.09 Minimum Score Requirements for Award of Maryland High School Diploma.

A. To qualify for a Maryland high school diploma, a candidate shall earn the minimum passing score for each test module and the overall passing score for the entire battery of GEDŽ Tests established by the national testing service issuing the GEDŽ instrument.

B. Once a candidate receives a passing score on an individual module, that score is valid for up to 60 months from the date taken or until a new series of tests has been issued by the national testing service issuing the GEDŽ instrument, whichever comes first.
