A. The application documents shall include audited financial statements of the applicant for each of the 3 fiscal years preceding the date the application documents are submitted, including a:
(1) Balance sheet; and
(2) Profit and loss statement.
B. If the applicant has been organized for less than 3 years, the application documents shall include audited financial statements for each fiscal year that the applicant has been organized.
C. Information submitted under this regulation shall be prepared by an independent certified public accountant in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
