In Areas I, II, V, and VI, the following apply:. 1) Except as provided in Regulations .08 and .08-1 of this chapter, a person may not cause or permit the discharge of emissions from any incinerator, other than water in an uncombined form, which is greater than 20 percent opacity;2) A person may not cause or permit the discharge of emissions from any hazardous waste incinerator, other than water in an uncombined form, which is visible to human observers.
