26.11.07.01.htm 26.11.07.01. 01 Definitions.. A. In this chapter, the following terms have the meanings indicated.. B. 26.11.07.02.htm 26.11.07.02. 02 General.. A person may not cause or permit an open fire except as provided in Regulations .03-05 of this chapter.
26.11.07.03.htm 26.11.07.03. 03 Control Officer May Authorize Certain Open Fires.. A. In Allegany, Caroline, Dorchester, Garrett, Kent, Queen Anne's, Somerset, St. Mary's, Talbot, Washington, Wicomico, and Worcester counties:1) Subject to review by the Department, the control officer, upon receipt of an application made on forms provided by the Department or local fire control agency, may issue or approve a permit in writing allowing an open fire, provided all of the following conditions are met:
