26.10.07.01.htm 26.10.07.01. 01 Hydrostatic Test for Underground Storage Tanks with a Total Capacity of 1,000 Gallons or Less.. A. The precision test requirements of this subtitle may be satisfied by the use of a hydrostatic test if the underground tank to be tested has a total capacity of 1,000 gallons or less and does not contain gasoline or other flammable liquid.B. Test Guidelines.. 1) When a hydrostatic test is conducted, it shall be conducted according to the guidelines in §B(2)5) of this regulation.
