26.07.03.01.htm 26.07.03.01. 01 Approval of Training.. A. Board-approved training shall be designed to improve, advance, or extend professional skill and knowledge relating to the practice of an environmental sanitarian.B. For courses for which continuing education units (CEUs) have been assigned, one CEU is equivalent to 10 clock or classroom hours of approved training.C. Board-approved training may consist of participation in any of the following:.
