20.59.04.02.htm 20.59.04.02. 02 Enrollment.. A. Effective Dates.. 1) Except as provided under §A(2) of this regulation, a utility shall process an electronic transaction for enrollment from a supplier to be effective on the first day of the next month.2) An electronic transaction for enrollment from a supplier received by a utility less than 7 days before the first day of the next month shall take effect on the first day of the next subsequent month.
