13b.04.02.01.htm 13B.04.02.01. 01 Definitions.. A. In this chapter, the following terms have the meanings indicated.. B. A member of the public attending an open session may not participate in the session except when the presiding officer expressly invites public testimony, questions, comments, or other forms of public participation.
