11.03.04.01.htm 11.03.04.01. 01 Authority.. These regulations are issued under the authority granted to the Maryland Aviation Administration by the Transportation Article, §5-202, Annotated Code of Maryland.

An applicant for, or a holder of, an airport license, airport registration, or site approval shall offer full cooperation to any authorized representative of the Administration inspecting the airport or proposed airport site.
