An individual providing supervision shall be:. 1) Licensed by the Board as a clinical alcohol and drug counselor;. 2) A clinical professional counselor, a clinical marriage and family therapist, or a clinical professional art therapist, who is approved by the Board; or3) A licensed mental health care provider as defined in Regulation .02B of this chapter, and who is approved by the Board.
