10.58.06.01.htm 10.58.06.01. 01 Scope.. A. This chapter applies only to an applicant requesting licensure by waiver as a:. 1) Clinical professional counselor;. 2) Clinical marriage and family therapist; or. 3) Clinical alcohol and drug counselor.. B. For the purposes of this chapter, an applicant is eligible for licensure if the applicant is eligible for certification and meets the other requirements specified in this chapter.

An applicant for licensure under Health Occupations Article, §17-3A-02, Annotated Code of Maryland, may obtain licensure by waiver as a clinical professional counselor, clinical marriage and family therapist, or clinical alcohol and drug counselor.B.
