10.42.02.01.htm 10.42.02.01. 01 Scope.. This chapter applies to individuals authorized to practice social work under Health Occupations Article, Title 19, Subtitle 3, Annotated Code of Maryland.
10.42.02.02.htm 10.42.02.02. 02 Definition.. A. In this chapter, the following term has the meaning indicated.. B. Term defined. "Case management" means a method of providing services by which a social worker assesses the needs of a client or the client's family, or both, when appropriate, and arranges, coordinates, monitors, evaluates, and advocates for a package of multiple services to meet the complex needs of the specific client.
