10.37.06.01.htm 10.37.06.01. 01 Collection and Submission of Data.. A. Beginning on January 1, 2014, each hospital under the jurisdiction of the Health Services Cost Review Commission shall submit to the Commission:1) The data elements required by this chapter within 15 days after the last day of the month when the patient was discharged or died; and2) The reconciliation of inpatient data between the discharge data and the financial data filed with the Commission.B. The requirements for the collection and submission of data as described in Regulation .01 of this chapter shall also apply to those non-federal acute care hospitals located in Delaware, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia, and the District of Columbia.
