10.36.06.01.htm 10.36.06.01. 01 Scope.. These regulations govern all those licensed or applying for licensure by the Board, or registering as a psychology associate.
10.36.06.02.htm 10.36.06.02. 02 Fees.. The following fees are established by the Board:. A. Licensure application fee ― $300;. B. Psychology associate registration application fee ― $200;. C. Examination fees:. 1) National examination ― $650;. 2) State examination ― $250;. D. Verification of licensure or registration ― $20;. E. Biennial licensure renewal fee ― $400;. F. Biennial registration renewal fee ― $300;. G. Late fee ― $50;. H. Inactive status fee (every 2 years) ― $200;.
10.36.06.03.htm 10.36.06.03. 03 Refunds.. Application fees are nonrefundable. Examination fees shall be refunded if the request to cancel an examination is received in writing 2 weeks before the examination date.
10.36.06.04.htm 10.36.06.04. 04 Change of Fees.. Fees are subject to change by action of the Board of Examiners of Psychologists. Licensees and applicants shall be notified of the change.
10.36.06.05.htm 10.36.06.05. 05 One-Time Transitional Annual Licensure Renewal Fee.. For licensure renewal due between January 1 and March 31, 2000, a licensee whose license number is an odd number shall submit one-half of the biennial renewal fee for a 1-year license.
10.36.06.06.htm 10.36.06.06. 06 Assessment for Health Care Professionals.. The Maryland Health Care Commission (MHCC) assesses a fee for health care professionals which the applicant shall pay at the time of license renewal as specified in COMAR 10.25.02.
