In combination with one or more of the treatment services outlined in Regulation .08 of this chapter, an OMHC shall have the capacity to provide, as required by an individual's ITP, the support services outlined in §B―E of this regulation.B. The OMHC shall have staff that is sufficient in numbers and qualifications to provide clinically appropriate services to the individuals served and includes, at a minimum:1) A program director who is:. a) A licensed mental health professional, or has a master's degree in one of the following fields:. i) Mental health;. ii) Health services; or. iii) Business administration;. b) Employed by the OMHC at least 20 hours per week; and. |

An OMHC program that operates multiple sites shall assure that each additional site adheres to the application modification as outlined in COMAR 10.21.16.04E.B. The program director and the medical director shall, on a routine basis, and as clinically required, provide on-site consultation at each site to ensure adequate clinical and administrative oversight.C.
