09.17.01.01. 01 Responsibilities of Licensee.. A licensee shall be familiar with and comply with the laws and regulations governing the provision of stationary engineer services.

09.17.01.02. 02 Application for Licensure.. An applicant who has successfully completed a license examination shall apply for licensure, and pay all applicable fees, within 2 years of successfully completing the license examination in order for the applicant’s test results to remain valid.

09.17.01.03. 03 Boiler Certification.. If a boiler certification is required, a licensee shall:. A. Display conspicuously a current and valid license of each individual assigned to oversee a boiler:1) Near the regulated machinery; or. 2) With the certificate of inspection for the regulated machinery;. B. Affix a current photograph to the license; and. C. Have available at all times valid government-issued photographic identification..
