09.14.12.01.htm 09.14.12.01. 01 Applicability.. A. These regulations apply to persons participating in an amateur boxing event in the following capacities:1) Boxers;. 2) Coaches;. 3) Officials;. 4) Physicians;. 5) Seconds;. 6) Referees;. 7) Judges.. B. Persons described in §A of this regulation shall also be subject to all other appropriate regulations of the Commission.C. Amateur boxing events of any kind, when athletes compete in amateur boxing, shall be approved by the local boxing committee of the United States of America Amateur Boxing Federation, Inc.B. Each local boxing committee which conducts amateur boxing within Maryland shall meet the following requirements:1) Submit promoter and matchmaker license applications to the Commission annually;. 2) Submit a bond in the amount of $2,000 to cover expenses incurred by the
