09.14.10.01.htm 09.14.10.01. 01 Interest in Club.. A. Officers or stockholders of any club, corporation, or association, interested in the promoting of contests under these regulations may not officiate in any capacity at contests sponsored by the organization.B. An individual may not have an interest as stockholder or otherwise in more than one club..

Words or conduct that may incite individuals to disturb the peace shall be prohibited and shall be reported to the appropriate law enforcement agencies.B. Betting, gambling, or wagering in any form is prohibited and shall be reported to any law enforcement agency.C. The Commission shall consider the conduct under §A and B of this regulation in determining whether to sanction future events for an applicant or licensee.

Violation of §A of this regulation may result in disciplinary action against any licensees connected with the contest.

An applicant or licensee may not misrepresent information or otherwise mislead the Commission concerning the applicant's or licensee's medical or personal history which is required to be furnished to the Commission.B. An applicant or licensee who knowingly misleads the Commission will be subject to disciplinary action by the Commission.
