09.14.09.01.htm 09.14.09.01. 01 Approval by Commission.. A. Tickets may only be sold to contests approved by the Commission.. B. Tickets may not be sold for a contest before the Commission has issued a sanction for the contest.
09.14.09.02.htm 09.14.09.02. 02 Printing of Tickets.. A. Each ticket shall bear the following information:. 1) The price;. 2) The name of the club or promoter; and. 3) The date and location of the contest.. B. The number of tickets printed may not exceed the actual seating capacity of the arena where the event is being held.C. Tickets for different prices may be printed on a paper stock of different colors.. D. Each ticket in each ticket category shall bear a serial or seat location number..
09.14.09.03.htm 09.14.09.03. 03 Ticket Manifest.. A. The promoter shall immediately provide to the Commission a notarized manifest from the printer of the tickets.B. The manifest shall list the total number of tickets printed and number of tickets in each price category.
09.14.09.04.htm 09.14.09.04. 04 Reduced Price Tickets.. Tickets sold for less than the printed price shall be plainly overstamped with the actual price charged on the printed face of the ticket, including the stub that is retained by the ticket holder.
09.14.09.05.htm 09.14.09.05. 05 Complimentary Tickets.. A. The total number of complimentary tickets, excluding press tickets, shall be:. 1) Not more than 100 for professional boxing, kickboxing, and mixed martial arts events in venues with under 3,000 total seats;2) Not more than 300 for professional boxing, kickboxing, and mixed martial arts events in venues with 3,000 total seats or more;3) Not more than 100 for professional wrestling events in venues with under 3,000 total seats; and.

The Commission shall provide a list of employees who are assigned to work at a particular contest.C. Only those employees who are listed and present their identification at the pass gate shall be admitted without a ticket.

The promoter shall issue a refund to a purchaser, upon request of the purchaser, if the advertised main event or specially added attraction does not take place at the time and date shown on the ticket.B.
