An individual is not considered in violation of Natural Resources Article, §4-505, Annotated Code of Maryland, if the individual:1) Is designated as an operator or co-user in accordance with this subtitle; or. 2) Harvests fish in accordance with §B of this regulation.. B. A licensee may harvest fish from gear belonging to another individual and is not considered in violation of Natural Resources Article, §4-505, Annotated Code of Maryland, if:
