Ballot Rejection ― Multiple Ballots from the Same Individual.. 1) The local board shall reject a vote-by-mail ballot if the voter cast a ballot in a voting center.. 2) If the local board receives more than one vote-by-mail ballot from the same individual in different envelopes, the local board shall count only the ballot with the later date.
