33.14.01.01.htm 33.14.01.01. 01 Scope.. This chapter applies to the administration of the Public Financing Act, Election Law Article, Title 15, Annotated Code of Maryland, and to disbursements under that Act from the Fair Campaign Financing Fund.
33.14.01.02.htm 33.14.01.02. 02 Definitions.. A. In this subtitle, the following terms have the meanings indicated:. B. Terms Defined.. 1) "Candidate" means a Governor-Lieutenant Governor unit that:. a) Files a certificate of candidacy in a party primary; or. b) Becomes a general election candidate by any means other than nomination in a party primary.. 2) "Comptroller" has the meaning stated in Election Law Article, §15-102(b) Annotated Code of Maryland.
33.14.01.03.htm 33.14.01.03. 03 Agency Responsibilities―Comptroller.. The Comptroller shall:. A. Administer the Fund;. B. Credit to the Fund all money collected for the Fund;. C.
