33.13.17.05. 05 Penalties.. A. Criminal. A participating organization that knowingly and willfully fails to file the registration notice or a report is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $25,000, or imprisonment not exceeding 1 year, or both.B.
