13a.14.07.02.htm 13A.14.07.02. 02 Definitions.. A. In this chapter, the following terms have the meanings indicated.. B. Terms Defined.. 1) "Annual family income" means the combined annual adjusted gross income, as reported for federal tax purposes, of all members of the applicant's household.2) "Applicant" means the provider who has applied to the Office to receive an award through the Fund.3) "Award" means the grant amount awarded through the Fund to an approved applicant..
