From May 1 through September 30, an individual may not catch or attempt to catch soft-shell clams by hydraulic dredge within 300 feet of a private bathing beach which extends not more than 300 feet along the shore and is marked with a sign which shall:1) Be posted and maintained by the owner of the private bathing beach;. 2) Be a minimum of 2 feet high by 3 feet wide with legible black letters measuring a minimum of 4 inches high and 2 inches wide;
